DATED : 4th DECEMBER, 2025 P.C:- My attention is invited to the order dated 28/11/2025 passed in two Arbitration Petition Nos. 544/2025 and 545/2025 filed in the wake of the allegations that the respondents have failed to honour the terms of the Agreement and they have also failed to hand over the alternate commercial premises within the stipulated timeline and even there is no execution of PAAA.

2/2 923 ARBP 543-25.doc On 28/11/2025, while adjourning the proceedings, the following order is passed :- "On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, though I am inclined to grant time as prayed for, however, it is also directed that till they reply is filed and the matter is taken up for hearing, if the unit which is to come to the petitioner's share is not already transferred, the respondent is restrained from dealing with the same till the next date of hearing.
It was directed that the connected petitions shall be clubbed together.
Since all the Writ Petitions are to be heard together, the direction contained in paragraph no.3 shall also operate in the present petitions.
The following Arbitration Petitions are directed to be clubbed and placed for hearing on 18/12/2025. i) ARBP 543/2025 i) ARBP 544/2025 ii) ARBP 545/2025 iii) ARBP 546/2025 v) ARBPL 34491/2025 To be listed on Supplementary Board.
