Since, it is apparent that the Learned Arbitrator had recused from the matter and had expressed the inability to continue as such, a case is made out for appointment of a substitute arbitrator. A substitute arbitrator is hereby appointed by appointing Justice (Retd.) G.A. Sanap, a former judge of this Court as the substitute arbitrator.
