Since interim reliefs have already been granted on the ground of the impugned order having been passed by a unilaterally appointed arbitrator before the Petition came to be dismissed for non-removal of office objections, upon restoration of the Petition, the interim reliefs stand restored.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner shall serve the entire proceedings along with the orders passed until now, on the Respondent and on the Learned Arbitral Tribunal.
