1) It appears that cheques handed over to the Petitioner on 22 January 2026 bear the date 8 March 2026. In order dated 22 January 2026 it is erroneously recorded that the Petitioner has handed over the cheques to the Respondent where in fact converse is correct. Be that as it may. Hearing of the Petition is deferred tilll 16 March 2026 to verify whether the cheque gets encashed or not.

2) In the meantime, the Respondent shall also arrange for transit rent beyond November-2025.
