Since no one appears for the Respondent and the claim arises out of a breach of obligation to serve the notice period while resigning from the Applicant-Company, issue notice to the Respondent. 2.

List the matter on 8th June 2026.

It is made clear that if Respondent does not appear on the next date, appropriate orders appointing the Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes arising out of the appointment letter dated 11th July 2022 shall be passed.
