By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated June 11, 2025 to correct the errors in recording the appearance. The matter was reviewed in Chamber and this order is passed.

In the appearance column of the said order, name of the Advocate for the Petitioner be corrected and read as below : "Mr. Nitin Thakkar, Senior Counsel a/w Mr. Rohan Sawant and Mr. Anand Kumar i/b Mr. Daulat A. Jehangir for the Applicant". 3.

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. The praecipe stands disposed of accordingly.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
