P.C:- In the wake of invocation of arbitration vide notice dated 21/12/2023 to resolve the dispute and differences having arisen between the parties as regards the work carried out as per Work Contract dated 27/08/2019, the Application is filed seeking appointment of the sole Arbitrator to refer the dispute him. Despite private service being effected upon the Respondent, the Respondent has failed to mark appearance. Hence, issue notice to the Respondent,making it returnable on 19th December, 2025.

In addition to the court notice, notice is permitted to be served through private notice, including electronic mail service.
