Heard Learned Senior Counsel for the respective parties. 2.
It would be appropriate to direct and permit Respondent No.1 to file a short affidavit dealing only with the facts relating to the allegations levelled against Respondent No.1. This is felt necessary, since Respondent No.1 is a firm of advocates, and it would be August 14, 2025 Ashwini Vallakati
911-ARBAP272-2025+-.doc appropriate to permit that Respondent to bring on record their version of what transpired.

Needless to say, since it is a direction by the Court that is causing the filing of the affidavit; the parties to the proceedings are all members of the same family; and the Petitioner has chosen to make his advocates a party to the dispute with his family members, the filing of this affidavit under directions of the Court would not constitute a breach of privilege.

Appropriate directions to ensure that the affidavit is not available for public review will be taken by this Court as and when the affidavit is filed. The said affidavit is expected to be tendered in Court on August 20, 2025.
