Arbitration Application No. 272 of 2025 is filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Learned Senior Counsel for Respondent No. 1 has explained the contents of an affidavit, as instructed by this Court, which affidavit is yet to be served on the other parties. Appropriate directions will be issued in due course on what is to be done with this affidavit. 3.

Since, evidently the affidavit may contain material which may compromise the position of the Petitioner in the course of legal proceedings against the other opposing Respondents, at this stage, Respondent No. 1 is directed not to serve it with or without its annexures on any of the other parties. This affidavit had been called for to enable the Court to get a sense of nature of the allegations levelled by the Petitioner against its own solicitor, and explanation by the solicitor may compromise privileged information. Equally, it was necessary to enable Respondent No. 1 to defend itself since serious allegations have been leveled by the Petitioner against its longstanding advocates and solicitors. 4.

Appropriate directions will be issued in due course. 5.

A Note on Submissions filed on behalf of the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 are taken on record.

The matter will be listed under the caption, "For Passing Orders" on an appropriate date in September 2025.
