This is an Application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act").

Submissions in the captioned Application had been heard on August 20, 2025. Due to efflux of time, it was felt necessary to hear the parties on few specific facets of the matter in more detail. 3.

Considering that there is a change in roster and the jurisdiction under Section 11 of the Act no longer falls within the roster of this Bench, Learned Advocates for the parties are granted liberty to approach the appropriate Bench having roster of Section 11 Applications on the Original Side.
