This petition is filed by petitioning creditor M/s. Pawan Chemicals for adjudicating judgment debtor Mr. Rushab Dhanesh Mehta as insolvent. 2.

On 10th October, 2025, since there was no appearance on behalf of the judgment debtor inspite of the service, the Court had directed the petitioning creditor to serve the petition through WhatsApp and file an affidavit of service.

Pursuant to the above order, an affidavit of service dated 27th October, 2025 has been filed, evidencing the service of the petition on the debtor through WhatsApp. Even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the debtor and, therefore, I have no other option but to allow the petition by declaring Mr. Rushab Dhanesh Mehta, judgment debtor as insolvent.

The petition is allowed on following terms :- i.

The judgment debtor Mr. Rushab Dhanesh Mehta is declared as insolvent.

ii.

The Official Assignee is hereby appointed to take charge of the properties of the insolvent wherever situated and same shall be vested in the Official Assignee and shall become available for payment to the petitioning creditor.

iii.

The Official Assignee to take necessary steps and invest the amount, if any, in a nationalized bank.
