07.05.2025 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Insolvent No. 1: Umed Gunecha Insolvent No. 2: Absent Advocate for the Insolvent: Absent Petitioning Creditor : Absent Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor: Ms. Kavita Lalwani 1) This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvents touching their estate and affairs. 2) On the last occasion, Insolvent submitted that, he will approach the Petitioning Creditor for settlement. Insolvent submits that, Insolvent met Petitioning Creditor and given his proposal. Ms. Lalwani, Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor submits that the decreetal amount is more than Rs.34 lakhs and proposal given is only of Rs.12 lakhs which is not agreeable to Petitioning Creditor and request to continue with the private examination of the Insolvent.

3) Requisitions raised in the matter are not yet complied with. Insolvent is directed to comply with the requisitions within 4 weeks from today.

4) Insolvent No.1 further submits that, Insolvent No. 2 is unwell. Insolvent No. 1 is directed to submit the medical certificate of Insolvent No. 2.

5) Insolvent No.1 further submits that, his Advocate is busy in the High Court and unable to attend today's meeting. 6) Advocate for the Insolvent is directed to comply the requisitions in time as mentioned hereinabove. 7) Insolvent No. 2 is directed to remain present in the next adjourned date of the meeting.
