Vasant Galaxy, Off Link Road, Bangur Nagar, Goregaon (West), Mumbai 400 104 and CHL 350, 2801, Motilal Nagar 2, Opp. Shankar Temple, Goregaon (West), Mumbai 400 062 and find out factual position of the premises and submit report accordingly.

Registry has placed before me letter dated 11th August, 2025 addressed by Ms. Kavita Lalwani, Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor regarding seizure of the passport of the Insolvents. Registry informed that they have already addressed a letter to the passport authority, however, due to insufficient information passport authority has called for necessary information to find out the details of the passport. Shri Bajaj, Representative of the Petitioning Creditor undertakes to provide the said information to the Registry.
