07.05.2025 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Insolvent No. 1: Umed Gunecha Insolvent No. 2: Absent Advocate for the Insolvent: Mr. Anand Pandey Petitioning Creditor : Absent Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor: Ms. Kavita Lalwani i) Today's meeting is fixed for the private examination of the Insolvents touching their estate and affairs. ii) Registry has placed before me letter received from Senior Superintendent (Policy), Regional Passport Office, Mumbai revealing details of the passport of both the Insolvents. Insolvent No. 1 has till date not deposited original passport as per the requisition. Upon receipt of the passport, Registry to verify the said passport with the letter received from Senior Superintendent (Policy) bearing Ref. No.F7(4)25-1087-Policy dated 22nd August, 2025.

iii) Registry has placed before me letter dated 1st September, 2025 received from Samarth Associates and Partners, Advocate for Mrs. Chandra Srinivasan and Mr. S. R. Srinivasan, in reply to letter issued to Vasant Galaxy Society submitting that owner of the said flats are Mrs. Chandra

Srinivasan and Mr. S. R. Srinivasan. Both the Insolvents are merely licensee.

iv) Registry has placed before me, letter received from Society dated 25th July, 2025 providing thereof agreement for sale dated 4th March, 2005 showing name of Mrs. Chandra Srinivasan and Mr. S. R. Srinivasan as Owner of the said premises and also forwarded copy of share certificate showing name of Mrs. Chandra Srinivasan and Mr. S. R. Srinivasan. v) Advocate for the Insolvent is directed to comply the requisitions within 3 weeks from today.

vi) Advocate for the Insolvent submits that Vakalatnama is already filed. However name of the Advocate is not shown on the board. Therefore, he is directed to comply with the same and submit the authority letter with the Office of the Official Assignee. vii) Advocate for the Insolvent submits that, Insolvent wants to settle this matter through his well-wishers and for that request for short adjournment to negotiate with the Advocate for the Petitioning Creditor.
