After this matter is heard for some time and after it was pointed out to Mr. Naidu, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, that by order dated 16th August, 2019, the Petitioner was appointed as guardian of the person of the two minors and not of the property, Mr. Naidu seeks to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file an appropriate guardianship petition.
