The Petition invokes the jurisdiction of this Court under clause XVII of the Letters Patent (Bombay) seeking declaration of Respondent No. 1 of being a person of unsound mind and for appointment of the guardian of the properties of Respondent No. 1. 2.

Mr. Sugdare, learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that Respondent No. 1 suffers from slight Dementia and requests the Court to interact with Respondent No. 1 in chamber. There is no opposition by Mr. Pai to the said interaction. 3.

Let Respondent No. 1 attend the chamber on 12th January, 2026 at 5.30 pm.
