In the cause title of the said Order, the name of the Petitioner recorded viz. "Bina Surendra Mitra" shall be corrected as "Bina Sudhindranath Mitra".

In the said Order, in paragraph 7, wherein it is recorded that, "The Petitioner has referred to the details of the fixed deposit account standing in the name of the Petitioner and ward.", this shall be corrected as "the fixed deposit is in the name of the Petitioner and the investment to the fixed deposit is made through joint saving Account No.385213005311 which is standing in the joint name of the Petitioner and Ward.".

These corrections shall be carried out in the said Order dated 18th June, 2025.
