By an order dated 8th May 2025, this Court had permitted the Petitioner to amend the Guardianship Petition in terms of the schedule within the period of two weeks from reopening / after summer vacation.

Interim Application for amendment was accordingly disposed of.

Considering that the Petitioner is unable to visit due to her not being in Maharashtra, as she is presently in Jamnagar looking after her mentally retarded son, the requirement of reverification is dispensed with.

The Registry shall accept the amended Guardianship Petition in accordance with this order.

7.

Praecipe is accordingly, disposed of.
