P. C:- By an Order dated 2nd September, 2025 passed by this Court, the Petitioner was appointed as a Guardian of her husband Sushil Shyamsunder Arora. Paragraph 11 of the said Order, inter alia, directed that the Petitioner will provide the quarterly report to this Court with regard to the expenses which are incurred on the proper medical treatment, nursing care, well being and benefit of her husband Sushil Shyamsunder Arora by way of an Affidavit filed quarterly, for the period of one year.

By an Affidavit dated 28th November, 2025, the Petitioner has provided the required details for the month of September, October and November, 2025. The said Affidavit is taken on record. The said Affidavit shows compliance by the Petitioner of the Order dated 2nd September, 2025 of this Court.
