Mr. Takke would inform the Court that in view of the terms and conditions of the bank locker belonging to the deceased, he has taken instructions from the Petitioner to seek deletion of the reference of bank account (Sr. No. 34 of Schedule-I) and bank locker (Sr. No. 44 of Schedule-I) from the Schedule, Petition and the Application which has been made. He is permitted to carry out amendment to that effect within a period of two weeks from today. Reverification stands dispensed with. After the said amendment is carried out, Department
