Heard Mr Mishra, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.

Present Judge's Order has been allowed on 27.01.2026. Unfortunately the same has not been complied with till today as the said order is not specifying or directing to break open the locker in respect of which the same is passed.

Mr. Mishra informs the Court that the locker is in Dena Bank which is now merged into Bank of Baroda, Borivali (W) Branch and the key of the locker has been lost. Affidavit to that effect has already been filed. Hence a request is made that appropriate directions be given to break open the locker so that Officer of the Court who is appointed for taking inventory shall comply with the Judge's Order.

In view of the above and at the request of Mr. Mishra permission is granted to the Bank to break open the locker in presence of Court Officer as per Judge's Order in presence of the party and carry out appropriate inventory in accordance with law. 5.

All charges shall be paid by Petitioner to the Bank for breaking open the locker.

This order shall be read along with order dated 27.01.2026. 7.

Liberty to move this Court in case of any difficulty. 8.

Praecipe is disposed.
