Mr. Shah informs the Court that concerned Bank has desired that both Ketan Narendra Rathod and Deepak Narendra Rathod should remain present at the time of taking inventory. Judges Order has already been granted by the Court.

Since Mr. Shah in his praecipe would submit that Mr. Ketan Rathod has consented that Mr. Deepak Rathod can remain present at the time of taking inventory, the presence of Mr. Ketan Rathod stands dispensed with.
