Heard Mr. Mulani, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

Judge's Order was passed separately on 08.10.2025. Copy of same is placed before the Court. In the said Judge's Order, request is made with regard to direction given to Accounts Officer, High Court Bombay to pay six monthly accrued interest thereon to the Petitioner for education and maintenance of the minor child as directed. 4.

Mr. Mulani informs the Court that amount stands invested as stated in Judge's Order but in view of the interest scheme of the Bank

P7.JOT.244.2025.doc namely Punjab National Bank, PNB House, P.M. Road, Mumbai and communication dated 09.03.2026 received from the Bank which is appended to the praecipe, the six monthly accrued interest period stated in the Judges Order dated 08.10.2025 be corrected / substituted to yearly basis.

Considering the request and ground stated in the praecipe dated 26.03.2026, in the interest of justice of minor, the said correction is allowed and granted by the Court. 6.

Since Judges Order is already been issued, the Branch Manager of Punjab National Bank, PNB House Branch, P.M. Road, Mumbai shall read and comply with the directions contained in this order alongwith all other directions contained in the Judges Order for effective compliance.

Hence, it is directed that the words 'six monthly accrued interest' in line No.8 on page No.4 in the Judge's Order dated 08.10.2025 shall be read as 'yearly accrued interest' and Judge's Order and this order shall be read together and shall be complied with by said Bank.

Liberty to apply in case of any difficulty.
