Heard Ms. Athavale, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

Judges Order dated 13.10.2025 has been issued by this Court. Praecipe is filed by Ms. Athavale seeking correction of the name and address of the Bank wherein the inventory is required to be conducted.

Ms. Athavale would inform the Court that due to apparent inadvertent mistake on the part of Advocate, name of 'Central Bank of India, Chittaranjan Road, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai - 400005' was stated in draft Judges Order which was signed by this Court. She would submit that correct name and address is that of 'Bank of Baroda,

All other things are same as informed by Ms. Athavale including locker No.877-D. In order to aid and assist the litigant before the Court as also due to mistake owned by the Advocate it is directed that the details of the Bank stated in Judges Order at page No.4 as 'Central Bank of India, Chittaranjan Road, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai - 400005' shall stand deleted and instead stand substituted with 'Bank of Baroda, Colaba Branch, Mumbai - 400005'. 6.

Copy of this order shall suffice alongwith Judges Order dated 13.10.2025. Necessary correction will be noted by Bank Branch Manager, Bank of Baroda, Colaba Branch, Mumbai - 400005 for compliance of the Judges Order dated 13.10.2025 and he shall not raise any objection. Inventory shall be carried out as directed and appropriate report shall be made to the Court by Bank of Baroda. 7.

All concerned are directed to act on a server copy of this order including the Bank of Baroda Branch Manager to be read alongwith the Judge's Order.
