Heard Mr. Joshi, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.
The ignominy suffered by Applicant is writ large on face of record. Judge's Order No.312 of 2025 in Petition No.218 of 2024 was issued by this Court on 05.12.2025.

The procedure established in the Department is that Judge's Order is prepared by Advocate and given to Department for scrutiny and it is duty of Department to ensure that the scrutiny takes place correctly. There is an apparent typographical mistake in line No.6 on page No.2 of the Judge's Order where the Transfer Deed is dated '13.11.2025' instead of '13.11.2024'. On page No.1 the correct date of
P4.JOT.312.2025.doc Transfer Deed is clearly mentioned. Petitioner is unnecessarily put to adversity since Society has raised an objection with respect to this inadvertent error.

Be that as it may, issuing fresh Judge's Order is not going to resolve the issue rather order of this Court is required to be passed to correct the date of Transfer Deed appearing in page No.2 on line No.6. 6.
Transfer Deed dated '13.11.2025' in line No.6 on page No.2 shall now be read as '13.11.2024'.

This order shall be read alongwith Judge's Order and concerned Society to accept the same.

Praecipe is disposed.
