Heard Ms. Naik, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

Judge's order has been allowed on 15.12.2025 and 18.02.2026 by virtue of which inventory of locker belonging to deceased is required to be undertaken on 21.02.2026 in Canara Bank, Deccan Gymkhana Branch, Pune.

It is stated that Petitioner is unable to remain present as he is residing in the United States of America. In that view in order to fructify the directions given in the Judge's order, Petitioner is permitted to keep his constituted Power of Attorney namely either

JOT-325-2025.odt Anita Gangadhar Joshi or Bhavik Bharatkumar Shah, one of them present on his behalf who have been appointed as his true and lawful Attorney by Special Power of Attorney dated 27.10.2025 for compliance of JOT order. In that view of the matter, this order shall be read along with the Judge's order which have been passed by the Court.

The Branch Manager of Canara Bank, Deccan Gymkhana Branch, Pune shall open the locker No. 233 standing in the name of deceased in the presence of one of the Power of Attorney (either both or anyone of them) whoever shall remain present and complete the inventory of locker.

This order shall be read along with the Judge's orders and effective compliance of the Judge's order shall be done without raising any objection to the inventory.

All parties to act on a server copy of this order downloaded from High Court website.
