Pursuant to Judges Order inventory of locker has been taken by Petitioner in which the original Will of the deceased Dhirajbala Jayantilal Sagar has been found.

Petitioner persuades Court through her Advocate that she be allowed to remove the original Will and deposit with Court and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. Said permission is granted by Court.

Ms. Badgujar shall follow the due process of law and ensure
P1.JOT.346.2025.doc that original Will is deposited with Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court and shall take appropriate steps as available to the Petitioners in accordance with law. Bank Manager of Bank of India, Malad Branch shall cooperate with the Petitioners in regard to the above.
