In view of the exigency stated in the praecipe, the Constituted Attorney of Petitioner who is personal difficulty is directed by this Court to take the inventory along with Court Commissioner and Bank. Special Power of Attorney given to the Constituted Attorney dated 09.03.2026 can be accepted and the Judge's Order shall be duly complied with. 4.

Since the locker is in the name of both mother and father, Bank is directed to take cognizance of the order dated 21.07.2025 and
