This Court is informed that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties. The consent terms are tendered, which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The consent terms are signed by the authorized representative of Plaintiff No. 1 and Plaintiff No. 2, and by the authorized representative of Defendant Nos. 1 and 2. The Board Resolutions are annexed to the consent terms. 2.

The representative of the Defendants is present virtually and reiterates the terms of the consent terms. He submits to a decree on admission in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c), and (d) of the plaint. His identity is verified by his advocate and by his Aadhaar card, which is placed on record. The statements made in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. 3.

The Suit is decreed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c), and (d) and is disposed of accordingly. Refund of court fees as per rules. 4.

The Court Receiver's report is disposed of. The Court Receiver is discharged without passing of accounts. All costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver to be paid by the Plaintiff within a period of eight days of demand being raised by the Court Receiver. 5.

The Interim Application does not survive for consideration and stands disposed of.
