This Court is informed that the Suit has been settled between the parties. The consent terms are tendered which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The consent terms are signed by the constituted attorney for the Plaintiff and by the Defendant and also countersigned by the respective counsel. The Defendant is present in person in Court and reiterates the terms of the consent terms. He Vishal Parekar 1 of

904-ial-36964-2025.doc submits to a decree on admission in terms of prayer clause (a) to (c) of the Plaint. His identity is verified from Aadhar card which is placed on record.

The statements in the consent terms are accepted as undertaking given to this Court.

The Suit is decreed in terms of prayer clause (a) to (c) of the Plaint. Refund of Court fees as per rules.

Court Receivers Report is disposed of. Court Receiver is discharged without passing off accounts. All costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver to be paid by the Plaintiff within a period of eight days of the demand being raised by the Court Receiver. 5.

Interim Application does not survive for consideration and stands disposed of.

As the Suit has been settled between the parties, Leave Petition is allowed.
