7 COMIP(L)-39333-2025.doc present virtually and reiterates the terms of the Consent Terms. Their identity is verified from their aadhar card which is placed on record. The certified copy of the resolutions are annexed to the Consent Terms.

The suit is decreed on admission in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (d) of the plaint.
