P.C.:- 1) Mr. Ahire, the Designated Officer, D-Ward of Respondent Nso.1 to3-BMC shall inspect the suit premises and the offending structure as mentioned in the Speaking Order dated 9th August, 2023, on 3rd April, 2025 at 11.00 a.m. and submit a detailed report to this Court on 4th April, 2025. 2) The representative of the Petitioners is permitted to join the said inspection when the Designated Officer of Corporation will inspect the suit structures.
