ORDER :

Mr. Rohan Savant, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3 states that the statement which has been recorded in Paragraph 2 of the Order dated 22nd December, 2025 viz. that Respondent No. 3 shall file Form No.IEPF-5 E-verification Report with KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 for balance amount of Rs.4,49,330/- has by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2026.01.06 12:48:00 +0530 been complied with a day later than 23rd December, 2025. He has sought for condonation of delay in filing the said Form No.IEPF-5 1/2

Accordingly, delay is condoned.

The learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 states that upon receipt of Form No.IEPF-5 E-verification Report, balance amount of Rs.4,49,330/- has been paid by Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to the Petitioner on 2nd January, 2026. This is confirmed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

The statement which had been recorded at Paragraph 4 of the said Order dated 19th November, 2025 viz. that Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 will pay the amount of Rs.4,07,330/- to the Petitioner, is modified to the extent that an amount of Rs.4,49,330/- has been credited by the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 into the account of the Petitioner.

In view thereof, the prior orders of this Court in the above Writ Petition have been complied with and it is noted that the Writ Petition has already been disposed of.
