We have gone through the memo of the petition. We have heard Mr. Shinde, learned counsel for the respondent-MHADA and learned AGP for the respondent-State.

This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to decide the application dated 10th March, 2025 after affording hearing to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and within a period of eight weeks from 7th April, 2026. The petitioner to appear before respondent No.2 on 7th April, 2026. The other reliefs sought by the petitioner may be pressed before the respondent No.2.

Keeping all contentions of the parties open, the petition is disposed of.
