By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking directions against Respondent No.1 to act against Respondent No.2 - School in terms of Letter dated 13th August, 2024 (Exhibit-B to the Petition) KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV addressed to Respondent No.1 and issue School Leaving Certificate to by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2026.01.14 12:07:36 +0530 the children viz. (1) Aaliya Ilyas Mamdani; (2) Abdul Ahad Ilyas Mamdani & (3) Innaya Ilyas Mamdani of the Petitioner. 1/2

Mr. Saket Mone, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2 - School has tendered an e-mail dated 13th January, 2026 addressed to the Advocates for Respondent No.2 - School which confirms that the School Leaving Certificates of the aforementioned three children are ready for collection. E-mail dated 13th January, 2026 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the above statement, the prayer in the Writ Petition has worked itself out.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
