Learned counsel for the petitioner says that a report dated 6th March 2026, in terms of the order dated 23rd February 2026 has been just handed over to him by the learned counsel for the Corporation. He seeks some time to go through the report. However, the Writ Petition was disposed of and the matter is listed today for recording compliance. In view of the report which is placed on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for identification, the order stands complied with.

If the petitioner has any grievance or is aggrieved by the report which is placed by the Corporation in compliance with this Court's order, it is open for him to seek appropriate remedies in challenge to the report.
