By present Petition, a direction has been sought to the Respondent No. 1 to pass final order in respect of Complaint filed by the Petitioner within a period of two weeks and communicate the same to the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2.

Mr. Rajadhyaksha, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has submitted that on previous date when the matter had been mentioned, this Court has been apprised of the fact that the Respondent No. 1 has yet to pass the final order in respect of the Complaint filed by the Petitioner.

Today, Mr. Rajadhyaksha, learned Senior Counsel informs this Court that the final order has been passed by the Respondent No. 1 in respect of the Complaint filed by the Petitioner and has been communicated to the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2.

Considering that the final order has been passed by the Respondent No. 1, the present Petition has become infructuous. 5.
