This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 12th February, 2025.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner points out that since the Petition is with reference to an order passed by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal under the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, though this Court has appropriately recorded that the matter would lie before the learned Single Judge Bench, the word "Appellate Side Jurisdiction" will have to be added since the Petition was filed under the Original Side Jurisdiction of this Court.

Therefore, paragraph 2 of the order dated 12th February, 2025 would read as under :

"2. This matter, in which the Petitioner challenges the order passed by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal (CGIT), under the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, would lie before the learned Single Judge Bench, Appellate Side Jurisdiction".

In view of the above, this motion is disposed off. 5.
