The challenge in all these Petitions is to the certain Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Dr. Saraf, the learned Advocate General, who appears for the Respondent - SEBI, states that the responses would be filed in these Petitions on or before 31 July 2025. Rejoinder, if any, must be filed by 14 August 2025.

We list these Petitions and the Interim Applications therein for further consideration on 20 August 2025. 5.

We clarify that the pendency of these Petitions should not, in any manner, affect the hearings in the Appeals instituted by the Petitioners before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) against any orders or directions issued by the SEBI.
