P.C.:- 1) Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in support of the proof of address, the Petitioner will re-submit her mother's Aadhaar Card, PAN Card and bank statement as address proof, so as to enable the police to submit an appropriate report before the Passport Authorities. It appears that the Petitioner has already submitted an affidavit averring that she is residing with her mother. 2) Police to accept the said documents so submitted by the Petitioner, as stated aforesaid and thereafter, prepare a report Shivgan 1/2

906-wp-611-2025.doc expeditiously and in any event, within two weeks from today and forward the same to the Passport Authorities. 4) After the report is submitted by the police to the Passport Authorities, the Passport Authorities to take appropriate steps, in accordance with law.

5) Stand over to 27th March 2025.
