The Petitioners at Serial No.4 Jayshree Jethalal Bhavsar, Serial No.14 Kamlesh Premji Bhatti, Serial No.16 Hemali Paresh Patel, Serial No.18 Rinku Amit Kenny, and Serial No.19 Vaibhav

Kamlesh Bhavsar, submit that they desire to withdraw from the Petition. They have settled with the landlords on the same terms as are made available to all those other 63 tenement holders, who have vacated the premises. They, therefore, pray that their names be deleted from this Writ Petition.

In view of the above statement made on instructions, these five Petitioners mentioned above, stand deleted from the proceedings. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner shall carry out the deletion forthwith.

Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel for the respective sides.

Let the recordable written notes of submissions, in three to four pages each, be tendered to the Court on 5th March, 2026. 5.

By consent of the parties, on 5th March, 2026, this matter would be closed for Judgment.

The ad-interim relief granted earlier shall continue to operate till the next date.

7.

Stand Over to 5th March, 2026, in the Urgent Supplementary Board.
