The challenge raised in the writ petition is to the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. Since remedy of approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal is available, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Keeping all points raised open, the writ petition is disposed of as not entertained. The learned counsel for the respondents undertakes to file Vakalatnama within a period of one week.
