We have heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that for the present, he would be satisfied if the MHADA is directed to decide the representation dated 9th January 2025 which is at Page No.87 of the paper-book, expeditiously. The request made is reasonable in the facts and circumstances of the case.

The Respondent Nos.1 and 2 - MHADA are therefore directed to decide the representation dated 9th January 2025 expeditiously, in Satish Sangar 1/2

41-WP-726-2025.doc accordance with law and in any case within a period of 6 weeks from the date of communication of this order. The Petitioner to remain present before the Respondent No.1 - MHADA on 23rd March 2026 at 11.00 a.m. along with copy of this order.

Considering the nature of the controversy, it would be appropriate if the Petitioner as well as the Respondent No.4 are heard before the Respondent No.1 takes final decision on the representation. The Petitioner as well as the Respondent No.4 to remain present. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
