P.C.:- 1) Mr. Patil, learned senior counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 on instructions submitted that, the Respondent No.3 will decide the representation of the Petitioners received on 16th December, 2024 (Exh-H) within a period of six weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of the High Court of Bombay. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court.

ssm 24-wp871.2025.doc 1.1) In view thereof, prayer clause (a) of the Petition is worked out. 2) As far as the prayer clauses (b) and (c) are concerned, Mr. Patil on instructions submitted that, the competent Authority of SRA has already issued a stop work notice to the Respondent No.6. 3) In view of the above, the grievance of the Petitioner as of today does not further survive.
