We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Although respondents No.1 to 5 are contesting respondents in the light of the order we propose to pass, we can conveniently dispose of the petition even in their absence.

The petitioner was granted a work order so as to undertake repairs of his structure which is allotted to him by the MHADA. Such construction was undertaken by respondent No.5 - A.R. Construction. 27-WP-903-2025.odt the petitioner has a very serious dispute in regard to the work which was undertaken as also the role played by the official respondents in that regard. The petitioner has accordingly made a detailed representation dated 11th September, 2024 to the Chief Officer of the MHADA. The same has also been stated to be received by the Chief Officer. However, grievance of the petitioner is that no decision is taken in this regard.

We would not be inclined to examine any disputed questions of facts. Suffice it to observe that if such a complaint/representation is made, it is for the Chief Officer to take an appropriate decision in that regard. We accordingly direct the Chief Officer to decide the said representation as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a period of four weeks from the date of this order is presented before the Chief Officer.

All contentions of the parties in that regard are expressly kept open. 6.
