In this case, the challenge is to the attachment of petitioner's bank account.

Petitioner submits that neither was any notice issued nor opportunity of hearing given to the petitioner before the attachment.

Accordingly, we requested Mr. Mishra who usually appears on behalf of the respondent to take notice in this matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that by today evening copy of the petition will be served upon learned counsel for respondent.
