A limited relief prayed for in this Petition is for a direction to the Respondent No.1 to decide the complaints dated 25th November 2024 and 14th March 2023 after considering the report dated 5th August 2023 which is at Exhibit-C of this Petition. Considering the nature of the reliefs prayed for and after having perused the averments in the Petition, we are satisfied that the present Petition can be disposed of by directing the Respondent No.1 to decide PMB

All contentions are kept open.
