In the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks directions to be issued against respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 - a Co-operative Housing Society, registered under the provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies (MCS) Act, 1960 and its office bearers, seeking action to be taken against Respondent nos. 4 and 5. It is seen from the record that the petitioner has not approached the respondent no.6 raising any grievance / any complaint in that regard.

Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.6 by making appropriate complaint or approaching the Co-operative Court under Section 91 of the MCS Act, this writ petition is not entertained.
