The Petitioner seeks Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent to refund the amount due to the Petitioner together with interest within stipulated timeframe. 3.

Mr. Bhate learned counsel for the Respondent/Revenue, based on instructions states that necessary refund together with interest would be granted to the Petitioner within 4 weeks from today.

By accepting the above statement, we dispose of this Petition. The concerned Respondent will have to comply with the above statement and grant necessary refund with interest to the Petitioner within 4 weeks from today.
