Mr. Dwivedi, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 states that the concerned officer of Respondent No.2 who issued the impugned notice dated 17th February 2025 to the Respondent No.1 - Bank is not present today. This is despite of the direction in the order dated 3rd December 2025 for the concerned officer to remain present. 2.

We direct the concerned officer - Respondent No.2 to remain present on 23rd December 2025 when the matter shall be placed on the supplementary board.
